What to know if I’m injured on a Construction Site

When I meet clients who are injured at a construction site, oftentimes they tell me they don’t know the address of where they were performing their construction work. Usually because they were put there on a day to day basis and they may know the street but they don’t know the exact address of the location.  That’s important to know and if it’s not a small construction site oftentimes there will be a general contracting company as well as the owner of the premises. It’s very important to know the names of these entities because those are the two primary entities that will be sued in the lawsuit when one is injured on a construction site.
